Clinicians

Melanie Sosinski Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor.

I have been working with women, couples and families for the past decade. I bring authenticity, integrity and passion to the therapeutic relationship. I utilize modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Strengths-based therapy. My practice is influenced by Polyvagal theory, Buddhist Psychotherapy, Neuropsychology, the relational model and the dislocation theory of addiction.

In session you can practice tapping-in to the wisdom of your body. Enhance skills like curiosity, gratitude, self-compassion and mindfulness to find moments of enjoyment and healing. We can uncover self-limiting beliefs, reactions that no longer serve you and ways you can be empowered through change.

Justin Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor

I specialize in working with people who experience substance use disorders and developmental trauma. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDRand Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My practice is heavily influenced by Polyvagal theory, Buddhist psychology, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and I work to support clients in learning skills to be more present and available for themselves and their loved ones.

My aim is to help people identify their adaptive patterns and view them with compassion, while also learning what to hold and what to let go of. As a neurobiological informed therapist, I aim to help people move from judgement, shame and isolation to curiosity, acceptance and connection.

Molly Murphy is working toward her LCPC in graduate studies after many years in the wellness field. She has had experience working with all ages, and with youth/teens in schools, group and non-profit settings. She is also an advanced practitioner with the Eden Energy Method and a regression hypnosis practitioner.

I use a somatically-focused humanistic approach that integrates polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and energy psychology. Sessions are IFS and trauma informed.

Start Date: May 15th, 2023

You can expect sessions with me to be focused on the feelings you are experiencing, your goals, and how to bridge the gap between your current experience and where you’d like to be. In that process we’ll use techniques that help regulate your nervous system, eliminate limiting beliefs and thinking, and integrating helpful habits.
