Melanie Sosinski Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor.
I have been working with women, couples and families for the past decade. I bring authenticity, integrity and passion to the therapeutic relationship. I utilize modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Parts Work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Strengths-based therapy. I incorporate both top down and bottom-up approaches, linking mind and body. My practice is influenced by Polyvagal theory, Buddhist Psychotherapy, Neuropsychology, the relational model and the dislocation theory of addiction.
In session you can practice tapping-in to the wisdom of your body. Enhance skills like curiosity, gratitude, self-compassion and mindfulness to find moments of enjoyment and healing. We can uncover self-limiting beliefs, reactions that no longer serve you and ways you can be empowered through change.

Justin Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor
I specialize in working with people who experience substance use disorders and developmental trauma. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My practice is heavily influenced by Polyvagal theory, Buddhist psychology, and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and I work to support clients in learning skills to be more present and available for themselves and their loved ones.
My aim is to help people identify their adaptive patterns and view them with compassion, while also learning what to hold and what to let go of. As a neurobiological informed therapist, I aim to help people move from judgement, shame and isolation to curiosity, acceptance and connection.

Allysun (Ally) Robinest is a Conditionally Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine under the supervision of Melanie Sosinski Brown. Ally is currently certified in Pain Reprocessing therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression therapy (EAET). Ally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts that she weaves into her counseling practice.
In session, I strive to foster a space of warmth and welcome. A place where you can enter authentically to explore the pieces that create the whole of you and invite curiosity about your story. By incorporating approaches such as parts work, regulating your nervous system, understanding attachments, pain reprocessing, emotional awareness and expression, neuropsychology psychoeducation or exploration through arts or play, together we will become curious about the patterns that show up for you and the ways in which you want to de-tangle and re-weave your innate uniqueness into the fabric of your present.
I believe we have all had experiences that shape our inner and outer worlds. Whether you are experiencing chronic pain, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, behavioral or health imbalances or have reached the capacity to approach an issue on your own and are ready to infuse some energy into your own cup, I offer a calm, grounding, and creative space for you to openly explore the deepest aspects of your life. Together we will explore and understand these past experiences to create new narratives for the present.
